Trollied can cater for any number of guests, but it’s ideal for internal events with 20 to 50 people.
All you’ll need is a venue and a guest list—everything else, from food to drinks and décor comes with Trollied. You can choose from one of our pre-built packages or build your own. Total flexibility.
We recommend a minimum of 15–20 guests.

After your event, just return everything to the trolley and we’ll make arrangements with you to collect it.
No, our trollies are built with a solid structure. When not in use, simply cover it with the transport cloth and wheel it to the corner.
We aim for minimal waste. Glasses are returned dirty for cleaning and reuse, while bottles and cardboard are recycled.

Yes! If you need plates or any extra items, just shout and we’ll see what we can do. 9 times out of 10 it’s a yes.

We ask for a minimum of 5 working days notice to ensure we can prepare everything perfectly for your event.
Delivery is included in the price—no hidden fees, just a simple, straightforward package.
We take a small deposit, which is refunded minus the replacement cost of any missing or broken items. Please don’t lose the trolley, though!
